Introduction:
Ms. Lai mainly provides advisory relative to prosecution and protection in Germany, Europe and U.S with IP associates and or direct clients. She has extensive experiences handling overseas IP related matters.
Ms. Lai worked as a Chief Consultant of Greater China in some intellectual property law firms based in Germany, Italy and the United States.
Since 1995, Ms. Lai had been attending annual meeting of International Trademark Association (INTA) held in U.S. In addition, she attended China Trademark Festival in China for several years. She is frequent speaker to present in seminars and or lectures for IP associates and or companies.
