Introduction：
Ann is one of the partners heading litigation department and international department with specialization in the field of trademarks, patents, copyrights, domain names, e-commerce, trade secrets, and fair trade laws.
Ann obtained her LL.M. degree from Singapore Management University (SMU) with specialization of “cross-border Business & Finance Laws” and acquired a wealth of new knowledge regarding emerging and topical legal field such as financial markets, monetary policy, digital economy…etc.
Moreover, she is trained by Singapore International Dispute Resolution Institute (SIDRA). The training program enabled me to be certified as a Level 1 Mediator by the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), and this also led her to participate in the 2021 APEC Workshop on the Potential for Use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in the field of IPR. Moreover, she was appointed the Young Lawyers Liaison Officer to the International Bar Association’s Mediation Committee in 2022.
Ann often participates in cross-strait and international public affairs, cross-strait trademark forums, cross-strait copyright forums, international trademark associations (INTA), and international bar associations (IBA). In 2022, Ann was appointed as Young Lawyers Liaison Officer of the Mediation Committee in the International Bar Association (IBA).
