设计界在网路时代所遇到的挑战不只是经营型态的改变，更多的是智慧产权的纠纷，鉴于这些常常困扰设计业者却苦无解决之道的法律纠纷和智慧财产权争议，中华设计创作学会Chinese Design Council特别请到勤业国际专利商标事务所的赖苡安律师，为设计业者解惑，让法律成为公平且正当捍卫者，而非扼杀设计业者的创意或梦魇。
本讲座一方面以国内外知名案例深入浅出的解说，另一方面针对设计界常遇到的抄袭、侵权情形提出法律见解和预防。
In the digital internet era, the Design Industry not only encounters change of business models but also suffers more and more IPR disputes from time to time. Due to the aforesaid, the Chinese Design Council (CDC) invites Lawyer Yi-An, Ann Lai of Chien Yeh & Associates to have a speech and address the questions of the Industry about the legal disputes and IPR controversy.
